Brasilia™ Classic Bronze
We make jewelry for your furniture!
Our Brasilia™ Classic Bronze drawer pulls are visually stunning mid-century sculptural designs at home on original mid-century furniture as well as your modern Ikea kitchen. Reproduced from the original design patent of 1961, we hand cast them in solid ancient bronze at over 1000°C/2000°F which matches the original electroplating, then hand tapped, cut and polished. Finally, they are fitted to my original Brasilia™ furniture just to make sure everything fits perfectly!
All photos are not retouched, only cropped so you can get a feel for the exact color. Variations in lighting source and angle affect what color they reflect. I personally have to double check by looking for the serial number on my original 1963 versions to make sure they are not the 2025 versions.
I'm not a machine - these are bespoke and completely handcrafted - so there may be extremely minor porosity or casting flaws mainly on the non-visible (when mounted) side. Rest assured, if it does not pass my visual and touch inspection, it gets tossed back into the furnace! You can see an example of one in the photo with the mounting hardware above.
